Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your radiant skincare products to you as quickly as possible:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.

  • Other Cities & Semi-Urban Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 200 on orders below Rs. 3,000.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Delivery all over Pakistan on all orders worth Rs. 3,000 or above.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner (such as Leopards, TCS, or Trax), you will receive an automated SMS and Email notification containing your unique tracking ID and tracking link. You can use this ID to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

To ensure maximum convenience and security, we offer multiple payment methods at checkout:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directly to the rider at the time of delivery.

  • Online Prepaid: Securely pay via Credit/Debit Card or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

Important COD Note: Our courier partners operate on a "Pay First, Open Later" policy. Riders are strictly forbidden from allowing customers to open the parcel before handing over the due cash amount. If you notice any visible tampering with the flyer before accepting it, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately.

5. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

At Glow Rich, our products feature premium glass and high-end packaging. Every order is meticulously bubble-wrapped and packed securely. However, if your product arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the incorrect item:

  • Please take a photo or short video of the damaged product and outer packaging.

  • Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free-of-cost replacement shipped out to you immediately.

6. Delivery Attempts & Order Cancellations

  • The courier courier partner will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 or 3 times at your specified address.

  • Please ensure your provided contact number is active and reachable, as riders usually call to confirm your availability before arriving.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support. Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled mid-transit.
